The facility is easy to access and they provide dollies, but every year the price goes up. My 10 X 10 was originally $140. A year later $165 and last years increase took it to $190. That is ridiculous! I paid every month, on time, was never late and I got to the point that I couldn't afford it and sold all the things I really wanted to keep.

Everything was great...except we were told we would have the use of a moving truck on the day of our move...but because of the storage unit building being sold the truck was sold as well. We made do without the truck, but it was a little more difficult.

We have been using Williamsburg Storage for three years and I have positive reviews. Convenient, clean, and wonderful customer service. Can go anytime and any day.My only negative would be that our monthly rates have gone up yearly which I know is due to cost of living but wow. Would recommend.
