Accessing Your Noke Smart Entry Unit at Storage Sense

Once you rent your Noke Smart Entry Unit from Storage Sense, be prepared to receive an automated text with both a 6-digit pin and the link necessary for downloading the app on your smartphone. Enter this given temporary password along with other requested information such as phone number and desired username while making sure that “OK” is selected when prompted regarding Bluetooth access (for Android users, Location Services must also be enabled).

When near your unit, simply access the app and tap the icon to unlock your door once in range. It’s that simple!

If you are having trouble getting the lock to work, try these quick troubleshooting tips:

• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your phone settings
• Make sure Location Services is turned on (for Android users)
