Do not rent from here!!!! They do not refund the "Refundable Cleaning Deposit!" Extremely high priced! Price was continually increasing. Grounds are nasty! Inside is not cleaned (trash that's been in the hallway trash can for months, spiders and spiderwebs everywhere....all around the light switch, lights, doorways, entryway...etc). Temp is not reasonably controlled. Security is questionable being the exterior doors don't even lock!!!!!! I left my storage unit clean....cleaner than the entire place and still can't get my deposit back! ****Pics don't lie..and I have plenty....but they don't let you post pics with your review! I wonder why!!!!!

I wish I could add another star but I can’t. I have had a unit here for a year, we finally were able to come back from out of state to get our stuff and close our unit. Throughout the months, they constantly raised the fees, it started off as $85 and then went up to $104, I don’t appreciate that even though I can understand why. But when we closed our unit, it was paid until September 23rd, and we got all of our stuff out by that day, last night at 10pm I got a charge to my card for another $104 to pay until October! The manager knew and I have messages showing they knew we were closing our account but still charged us. This is fraudulent.
