From the first time I called until the transaction was complete Jennifer walked me through the process. We received a postcard after our home was listed. We called and a 10x20 climate controlled unit was available. The service center was courteous and polite. They forwarded our inquiry and the office phoned immediately. Valerie was Very helpful and informative we took a tour and took the unit. She was very professional and friendly.

I have used the ESS Storage facility here in Long Beach for about ten years, and am very impressed by improvements in the facility over the past year. The Manager, Chad Williams, has done a remarkable job overseeing the improvement work that has taken place on the grounds and in the buildings: New security codes for client entry at the gate, other security features such as area cameras, and night lights along the building entry-ways; clean and well lit hallways to the storage lockers inside the buildings; an office - clean, well organized and stocked with supplies for clients; user-friendly online bill-paying software, including notices and reminders; and of course the hard-working, knowledgable, friendly, helpful Chad Williams and staff. It’s a first-rate facility led by a first-rate manager and I highly recommend it.

I was weary at first to get storage, but I decided to anyway. I have to say it was a pleasant experience working with Property Manager Chad. He has been so responsive, quick to reply and very thorough. He never misses a beat and always courteous. Even on the last day, moving out he was sure to make everything pleasant and easy for me. I pass by this place almost every day and noticed a green sign went up a couple of weeks ago. When I saw the sign saying extra space I was curious if they were giving away extra space. Lol!!
