Lovely customer service. Jessica was wonderful! She explained the terms and conditions very well and made sure all of my questions were answered. Well priced in my opinion for a temperature controlled unit. Carts were accessible to make moving multiple or heavy boxes easier. 10/10 recommend!

Just rented a storage building and found it to be clean and ready to use. This is a controlled unit and pleased to find pathway inside clean and well maintained. The grounds were well kept and nicely landscaped. Looks to have very good security system. The manager was very nice, had great attitude and helpful.

From the first time I called until the transaction was complete Jennifer walked me through the process. When I went to the property to sign the contract, Jennifer took the time to walk me to the unit, showed me how to get in the door and where the cart was located. We received a postcard after our home was listed. We called and a 10x20 climate controlled unit was available. The service center was courteous and polite. They forwarded our inquiry and the office phoned immediately. Valerie was Very helpful and informative we took a tour and took the unit. She was very professional and friendly.
