BE AWARE!: This Company uses misleading advertising to trap customers in contracts and then imposes excessive price increases! My monthly rate went from $141 to $156 to $203 within a year!..And Forget the Promo 50%off first three months...NEVER HAPPENED!District manage Beverly, has been completely unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care, while Carlin, the store manager is basically useless. They all should be ashamed of themselves! You've been advised.

The staff was exceptional! Ms. Roben took her time and went through all information without rushing, walked me to my unit, and assisted me with ALL of my needs. My experience was great , the price point was terrific, and the facility is super clean with a controlled climate I didn't hv 2 pay additional for. Everyone's belongings are treated the same. I've told people about it and will continue to. I'm a very satisfied customer 💜💜!!!

I rushed over to the Pocahontas tr location right after work and made it at about 5:15 to look at a space to be sure it would be enough for what I needed. I apologized to Ana for coming so close to closing but she reassured me that it was no problem! She showed me the space plus the next size up. I did end up getting the space and she got me straight with everything (even though I had to get the bigger one the next day anyway 😂) I am so pleased with how easily things went overall but I want to give Ana a special shoutout for making me feel welcome at the end of her workday! I did the online rental. Very easy and straightforward. The unit was very clean and they had a welcome sign inside the unit when we got there. I thought that was pretty cool. Of course the climate control is awesome. They have carts you can use and an elevator which made things super easy. I highly recommend Storage Sense. I also popped inside the office to say hello and the staff are super friendly. Great experience so far! Thanks!

Everything went smoothly. I would have had a unit on the 1st floor but had to a unit on the 2nd floor to get the 50% off for the first 3 months. But with the elevators no big deal. I do like the climate controlled building.

Great place! Carwin was so wonderful. He walked me through every detail with a lot of expertise and was upfront about everything. He gave me a lot of confidence in the facility’s security and capabilities in keeping my stuff protected from mold, which was an important assurance that put me at ease after a bad experience at my last storage unit. This place is VERY disappointing. After months of having storage service and paying faithfully, i finally found a place to live. I gave them advance prior notice. They said they would take care of it and cancel my account, but the following month I was charged again!!!!!! my credit card got charged after I canceled my agreement!!!! I have been trying to dispute this with them. They keep saying they will refund my money however it’s been more than 2 weeks and they are ignoring my phone calls now and have not gotten back to me like they promised. These people are very unprofessionally in what they are doing to avoid not having to give back my money. I have paid faithfully in the past couple of months and this is the way they repay you. If I were you I would stay clear of this storage place and go with a more reputable company. If goggle had a ZERO star that’s what I would grade them!! They don’t call back but they can respond to a review??? Ugh!

Recent Update: Storage Sense management quickly responded and resolved my issue by crediting my late fees. You are appreciated.Previous Issue: My recent experience with Cornell was not the best. I am a loyal customer with two units rented for more than three years. I've never been late and they charged me a late fee because the autopay failed due to a card that had not been updated. The payment was only two weeks late in the same month! Customer service could use some improvement. They obviously don't need more business from me because most businesses would have understood this autopay situation and removed the late fee but Cornell was not willing to do this.

The store manager had the patience to work with me to store my entire home into storage units. Not only did he help me figure out the right size storage unit but he also help me with selecting the right location for my container to be park overnight while I got movers to complete the work.
