Unfortunately it was the weekend when no one works, which means I had to connect with customer service, which was a very long drawn out process. Also once I got the gate code it did not work the first few times, then I had to call customer service back, and then I finally got the correct pin.

Website isn’t easy to navigate. We were assigned the same unit as someone else. There is also a pretty decent rodent problem. We stored our stuff for 9-10 months and had damage. Other than that all was good.

We had rented a large unit for 4 years. Space is nice and well maintained. However, rates kept increasing almost double what we started at. Great for short-term lease.

These are really nice units and the girl here was really helpful but I'm only leaving 4 stars instead of 5 because for the amount they charge for a rental there is no carts to move your stuff from the front door to your unit. This is not a concern if you're renting a normal unit but if you're renting climate controlled units like I did your unit could be way in the back leaving you quite a distance to carry your stuff if you're the last few units in the back of the building. I've rented climate controlled units in the past and there was carts to load your stuff on to take to your unit.
