The lady at the desk helped us put in all the information, she made it very easy. The unit was clean, and there's bait stations everywhere, so I don't think mice with be a problem. And the monthly lease was cheaper than most places around.Update: 8 mos later. Mice weren't a problem. No water damage or dust either. It was easy to move out too.

My equipment was a little damp, there were some bugs, and a few rodent droppings after 8 months (and I had the dehumidifier cups sold at the front desk). Facility security is great though, and I had no concerns that my equipment would be taken/broken into.

The facility was adequate size for what I needed. It would have been better if they had enclosed and climate controlled storage for large RVs and Boats. They are missing out on a valuable market since there are no indoor Rv storage places within 100 miles. It would be a significant income source for you.

Everyone at the Tiny Town location in Clarksville are wonderful! They have always helped me when I needed them. I had a boat stored there and the prices were very affordable!
