I met with the manager as she we very happy to help me into getting me the assistance I needed very quickly. My experience has been wonderful in the 3 or more years I've been a customer. The only complaint I once had, has seemed to be resolved with the installation of a new entry gate that actually doesn't break every month. Ha ha. But I am very satisfied with storage sense in north Augusta and the management.

Informed facility in appropriate amount of time that I would be vacating by end of June. They stated I just needed to leave unit open and take my lock and everything would be good and I would owe nothing else. They never informed me that I needed a written notice to move out. I notified them on June 14. I do not owe a balance.

I walked in upset and frustrated with having to move during the pamdemic. Ms. Vickie was AMAZING. She took care of everithing I needed and more! Great rate for the unit. Clean, safe, gated. I used the moving truck available on lot to get my belongs in one trip. A move is stressful enough. Ms Vickie reassured me and did all she possibly could to ease that transition. Vicki made an already difficult project much easier the rental process went thru very smooth. I wasn't in the best frame of mind to begin with lots going on besides packing and moving but with Vicki's pleasant personality and helpful suggestions made my decisions much less difficult. She understood with the virus, mom and dad 90 and 87, I was at my wit's end; and then right in the middle of packing things I suddenly had health issues come up I could hardly walk. Vicki was very understanding and extremely sympathetic and compassionate she showed such empathy and kindness which made things much more bearable. The patience shown was very appreciated. She is an employee that should be acknowledged for her ability to work so well with customers. She showed admirable work ethics and I'd definitely would rent from her again.
