The manager that was there helped me in an orderly fashion. He was friendly and overall very helpful by answering all my questions. The only issue is when I tried to open the gate and it wouldn't open. I had to call the phone number on the sign and that operator was NOT helpful at all. Then the manager that was at the office appeared out of nowhere and opened the gate.

Very great place to store items. Rvs, boats, etc. It is taken care of. The gate is access only by a code both going in and out. I would recommend this storage place to anyone

I've been very satisfied with Ideal Self Storage in the past year. Professional office personnel, and the units are secure, clean, and spacious. Auto pay is super convenient, too. I would highly recommend this facility.

Nice clean storage area, new security fences. Management is nice to deal with. I love being able to pay online instead of having to drive to their office in Hummels Wharf.

The service and upkeep is definitely great I would have to say that the late fees are a little bit ridiculous seeing as how there are more than the actual storage fees but other than that I would say four stars would give five but late fees are insane
