As far as starting the lease, location and price. Id have to say I thought it was at least 4 stars. After a month I've noticed there's roaches in the unit, I complained of water in my unit at the start of my lease and asked to be moved and nothing was done about it. After finding bugs in my unit I will be thoroughly going thru my contract and contacting a lawyer. For 100 bucks a month, not to mention the prices were raised 20 dollars starting September, I do not appreciate the fact I've lost all my property now due to an infestation.

I chose this unit event hough it was farthest from home because it was advertised 75% first 2 months rent. I got 2 days and 1 month at that price. SCAMMED! I'm considering leaving because I brought it to management attention and nothing was done!!! Shame on you!

Gate has been malfunctioning for over 11 months straight. My unit is filled with rats and fecal matter. I communicate these issues to the property manager and the main office. They lied each time and said it would be fixed. Now I aim to find a way to recoup everything Iv lost there and paid for my items that are damaged beyond repair.

I left 4 stars because we had to call and get an entirely different code to get in the gate then when we were done it took awhile to get the key lock in unit door. The unit was very clean but there was some kind of insulation hanging down from ceiling.

The lady I originally spoke to had a bad attitude and did not tell me about all of the fees. She mentioned one $20 fee for the first time and that was it. She mentioned the insurance but said I didnt need to have it.When I got there to fill out paperwork I was told about another fee and that the insurance is not up to me. I still did it and got my unit but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were extra fees and the first time was going to be more than I was expecting. Rob at the store was great and I had absolutely no issues with him!

Started out great but then the storage facility got bought out. The new owners refused to take any kind of partial payments had to be completely in full or they told you to hold on to it until you have the full payment. When I got the unit paid in full they then gave me a 10 day eviction notice even though I was paid up until the end of the month, it was only the 4th of the month. When I arrived at my unit I found dead rodents, and bugs on the door and inside my unit. The biggest issue was the fact that I found snow inside my unit on top of my desk, and boxes. So either someone was in my unit or their weather proof units are not infact weather proof.

The manager that was there helped me in an orderly fashion. He was friendly and overall very helpful by answering all my questions. The only issue is when I tried to open the gate and it wouldn't open. I had to call the phone number on the sign and that operator was NOT helpful at all. Then the manager that was at the office appeared out of nowhere and opened the gate.

They keep raising the prices. Was with the former owners for many many years and never had the price raised. Now two times in about a year. WIll be cleaning out my storages and getting out of here. HOW MUCH I SHOULD GET BACK FOR THE REST OF THE MONTH THAT I WILL NOT BE USING IT. I GUESS MY BEST BET IS TO EMPTY IT OUT AND KEEP THE KEYS UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH SO THEY CAN'T RENT IT OUT AND GET DOUBLE MONEY FOR THIS MONTH.
