Only needed storage for two months. Registration and move-in process was very simple, and I just sent an email a few weeks before move out letting them know I wanted to cancel and they processed my move out with no issues. Very simple straightforward customer service, thank you so much!

I was very pleased how quick the process went. No hassle at all. Literally was done in 5m and they were fast in responding. Also there was a discount which was what caught my eye first. No contact nice .... and I also received confirmation of my purchase with a real person. He called me to verify. This was nice not having any stress at all especially during the time of moving. Thanks again! Not to mention the unit is dry and easy to get to. Hours are great to.

The rate increases will come fast and hard. Over double in a short time and continued to increase. Although the website is automated it provides no method to end the rental agreement nor explain this policy. Having vacated the unit I was charged for a whole month even though I was out on the 3rd of month.Then told there is no prorate of the remaining 27 days. Having asked for a copy of this unorthodox policy via chat I was hung up on.There are many options for storage units a lower prices and more than likely standard practices that treat their clients in good faith. This is not the place to rent a storage unit. I could actually use the word scam.

Good experience easy process, only downside was entrance was not easy to enter and exit, especially with a trailer. Luckily the road was not a high traffic area.

Am/was a longtime (abt 15yrs) customer- through 2 ownerships. The facility was always up kept & clean. Whenever I needed assistance from staff, they were always very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again if I had a need.

Since I only live minutes away this was the best storage facility in the area, It has always been well managed and very secure. My only concern is the rising cost of storage in general and the fact we are getting older and on a fixed income !

Very helpful staff got us set up. Storage unit is directly across the street from the chocolate factory so it smelled like chocolate while we were unloading our stuff which is a fun bonus!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Fred and Teri and others in the Locust Lane office. They could not be any more helpful and nice! This is the second time I’ve used Storage Sense for holding some household items temporarily. Both times we had a clean shed with palettes to lift important or cardboard items off the floor. Both the 10x15 and 10x20 were functional and easy to gain entry with our boxes and furniture. We would use them again if needed.

Great customer service and friendly staff. Safe storage site. Excellent accessibility. One star deducted because the unit flooded with about a centimeter of water every time it rained hard (Hershey location). I had anticipated this and put most of my stuff up on blocks, so this was not much of an issue for me. Overall, I'm very satisfied, but I recommend not leaving anything very valuable directly on the floor.

Have used this company for three years for outdoor seasonal storage (RV). Fred (manager) is very easy to work with. Only drawback is that there is no longer a presence on site and when you call you are often directed to nationwide Storage Sense call center when no one is in the Harrisburg office. However, there are cameras everywhere and Fred is quick to respond to any needs or concerns.

I filled up a large unit. There were no problems with access, security, lighting, trash or any issues that would have made the experience less than ideal. When I had questions, I could get answers by email or phone. Ending the rental was simple. If this storage site is convenient for you, go for it.

Very helpful. Pulled in with my moving truck after hours only to realize there was no way all my stuff would fit in the unit I had reserved. I chose a larger empty unit that wasn't locked hoping that it would be ok. The staff were more than accommodating when I told them my situation the next day and there were no problems. Nice quiet location with not much traffic going by. Clean and secure facilities. I recommend using West Chocolate Ave Self Storage if needing storage space in the Hershey Area.

We stored our stuff here when I was moving from Hershey. Fred the Manager was great. He let us have the storage facility we wanted, even though it was not the one we had initially allocated. He helped us out with the move when the movers collected the stuff and has always been available when we called. This was one of the best storage place experiences ever.
