I had a storage at storage sense for 3 years in one city, manager and emplooyees were super nice and helpful,they check on customers constantly while organizing the storage,then i moved to another city and chose storage sense again in the second city and manager and employees are still as super nice and helpful as the previous one,i really recommend storage sense to any one who needs it

Acquiring the storage unit was very simple. When I needed to down size my unit that process was also simple and staff was extremely helpful during the entire process which was a relief considering I was in a different state. Everyone on staff is always very pleasant the storage units and lot are always clean and you feel safe when on the property. I would highly recommend Storage Sense for all your storage needs.

After a year plus of renting, they raised my rent almost 20 dollars without any notice. Goes to show that paying your rent on time and being a loyal customer means nothing. Will be moving on from this company. Avoid this place!Update: Storage Sense did adjust my rent back to the normal rate.

I met with Fred and Terri. Fred took me in the golf cart to see the space as it was 90+ degrees out that day. Upon returning, he went over all of the information thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. Before leaving he returned with me to the gate and had me practice putting the code in so that I could feel assured in my ability to make it work. Both he and Terri were VERY personable and made me feel at home. I would, and definitely will, recommend this business to friends!

Great location, reasonable prices. But make sure you have the insurance especially the units where water puddles, as the contents in your unit may take in this water puddling after heavy rains it has no place to drain!

Awesome place! I was looking around at different storage places in the area until I ran into this one. Gated storages, well lit, management was very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. We recently decided to get a storage space to help clear out some space at home. We looked into several and Sierra's Glen came up in our search. The location is very convenient to our home. The units are clean, the grounds clean and secure. The price is on par with most in the area. The manager Vic was very helpful and extremely courteous as well as funny! Loved this place!! Victor is awesome, when I called to schedule an appointment I got the voice mail. Victor called me right away even though I did not leave a message. He said he seen my number on the caller ID. So awesome. Then when meeting him at our appointment he had the best personality. It was a great time. He answered all of my questions and offered me info on things I didn't know. I could'nt have chosen a better place!!

Great people here - Sierra's Glen is a professional operation. Sound strange in reference to a self-storage facility? I've been to a few where nothing was organized and the people that "help" you seem like they couldn't care less. Not the case here! I had just driven 14 hours over two days in a rented box truck (not the easiest trip), and Vic was very helpful and welcoming. I was unloading my stuff in no time, in the size and type of unit I had been promised. They keep it plowed in winter, it always feels safe and secure, and even the office is a tastefully restored mid-20th century house with wood floors. The best self-storage I've ever used.

Thank you Vic for being so kind....I just started my storage experience at Sierra's Glen - but everything has gone very smooth thus far. Even when our moving truck didn't show up till it was dark, Vic popped out of his home just to sympathize with us. I feel it is a safe environment and we will be able to get access to our property whenever we would like to. The price was very good in comparison to other local self storage units. I had used another one a few years back, and although they were also fine in safety, cleanliness etc...the price was much higher. I was grateful to find Sierra's Glen and they would be smart to keep Vic, because he is personable and friendly to all.
