We had a problem with our tow vehicle on a Friday evening and needed somewhere to leave it while we finished our trip through Maine. We found a Storage Sense in Endicott, NY which was perfect for us since we'd be going back through there on our way to Wyoming. Ashley was really friendly, the price was amazing and we were very happy with how clean and secure the facility was. Now we can continue our trip without worry.

I needed a small storage unit for a short time while in-between apartments this summer. Even though I reached out last minute to Ashley at StorageSense, Endicott (and was already beyond stressed when I walked in the lobby that first day) she managed to quickly turn my mood around for the better. She explained and processed my ideal option very quickly and easily. So efficiently in fact that I distinctly remember feeling calmer and genuinely impressed at how well she did her job that day.Cut to today, my storage unit "move out day"; it's pouring rain again and I'm way behind so I'm even more stressed and frazzled than day 1. And since it pours when it rains in life sometimes, especially in upstate NY, I encountered an anxiety-inducing and unexpected hurdle while attempting to move-out my last carload of belongings. Isn't moving fun 🙄? Long story short I had no choice but to ask Asst Manager Doug for assistance and, against my cynical expectations for getting any help at all, he dropped what he was doing, went way out of his way to solve my issue even though it was my own mistake and he was under no obligation to do help whatsoever. I mean wow, right!? And he was so nice about it. I was honestly moved (pun intended 🙂). Seriously though, I dont forget kindness like that so the very least I can do is call out Ashley and Doug for reminding me of where the bar of American customer service should be. They both deserve accolades and raises from their superiors ASAP. Respect to you both and I proudly share with the world my sincere and eternal thanks and patronage to Ashley, Doug and StorageSense!!

My whole experience from the start was great. It was so nice to know that I could book a storage unit online especially because I didn’t live in the area. The manager DOUG called me and verified everything with me answered all my questions and walked me through everything. The storage unit itself is very clean and very pleasant I am beyond happy with my business here. Highly recommend to everybody!

My mother was moving and needed a storage unit because the new apartment was not as big as the last one. The staff was friendly and helpful and we got the entire unit rented in under 1 hour. The facility is clean and temperature controlled. The lighting is great and there are cameras inside the facility and outside. Thank you Storage sense for taking the burden of where to put my mom's belongings and solving the problem so she could relax and enjoy the move instead of stressing out over it. Moving is already a hard time for most people and you really did relieve so much stress!!

I checked out Storage Sense's website for availability, and had a small problem and called support. Started with one unit after selling my house quickly and moving into a rental until I could purchase a new home. After the first unit was filled was able to obtain a second unit that same day for the remainder of my belongings. Units were clean and easy to access with dollies and hand trucks. Nice to be able to drive in and not have to worry about bad weather.

Higher review rate of many storage facilities in the area. Some have very poor reviews this one has spacious units for a decent rate. The units are clean and in good condition.

The place is kept very clean. My friend was renting from there and I helped her move her stuff out. She had everything packed in Rubbermaids and in boxes. Her furniture was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic. Everything was found exactly where she left it. Everything was in the exact same condition as when it was put in storage. The place is pretty affordable. Easy in an easy out.

Heritage storage is one if the best! It's really secure, the prices are reasonable, the owner is a really nice guy. He's very helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend this place if you want your belongings to be safe and stay dry. The units are big and easy to move your stuff in and out. He has cameras everywhere so you know your property is secure.
