Jerry and his officemate provided excellent customer service. While I was upset when I entered, I did not leave that way. My unit was newly reserved and there was a kep lock on it. I waited almost an hour to have it removed. They weren't aware of the type of lock on it. Long story short.. everything worked out.

This location is just storage units but the harden street location is where you obtain building they are professional/helpful n friendly however I would not recommend if renting longer than 3 months they prices fluctuate from low to high shortly after contract is started WHICH IS KIND OF A RED FLAG

My experience with storage sense was absolutely great. I made the mistake of leaving my lock on the unit, after I was done using it. When I was charged for the next month, I headed down to the office to get this situation straightened out. Angel and the other woman that I spoke to we’re very understanding about the situation and are even attempting to issue me a refund for the charge. I am a student at Elon University and I will definitely be using Storage Sense next summer To store all of my dorm furniture. Thank you Storage sense!

Jacqueline was very easy to work with. She made me feel so much better as I was organizing this storage unit for my college son. This storage unit is for my college aged son and I was worried that he would not be able to handle his move from one apartment to another with this storage unit in between. I used thus storage facility for about four months, everything was done online to secure the unit and then the management called to let me know the process and when the unit was ready, when I went to my unit they had a nice welcome gift bag with my lock, keys and a nice welcome note. Great customer service.

Don't call the number to try and find out pricing . They will not give you what you ask for instead they will try and tell you what you need. I called asking for pricing on a 10 x 15 unit and a 10 x 20 unit. The woman on the phone tried to tell me I didn't need that big of a unit and reserved me something smaller. I have rented before I know what I need. The woman at the actual location was able to give me what I asked for.
