Informed her my glasses were broken which I'm legally blind made me leave before being abke to recover the pieces to said broken glasses which in turn resulted in them being ran over. Renting was easy but I didn't like the fact that I was forced to have insurance and was not given a choice. I rented approximately 6 years and paid $11 a month for something I never wanted or needed. Other than that the staff was great and the units easily accessible.

The lady in the office, I believe her name was Karen or Karie. She was fabulous, I was struggling getting things together while moving. She waited and helped me get my unit at 515pm. She stayed communicating with me the whole day while I was trying to get there. She explained everything to the T and took her time to make sure I understood everything. Horrible experience since the new company took over. Overcharged and transactions were made without my permission! The manager has lied left and right to try and cover up what she did when she knew she was in the wrong and did not bother to fix it! I have made a report to several authorities including home office. I can imagine how many others are being taken advantage of! So sick! Almost 4 years of being a loyal customer just for them to continue to try and screw me over!

The ladies there are very nice. When I went to my unit yesterday evening it was very hot in there and it’s supposed to be a climate controlled unit. There was another patron there as I was leaving and we were speaking about it and I asked him if he wanted to see and he did and even he said that the tiny bit of blowing from the vent was hot air. I have medical condition and I will pass out trying to use that unit and it was a complete inconvenience bc I needed to be moving stuff in there last night. I will not be able to put my TVs there in fear of the heat ruining them. This is AWFUL……*****Edited to add*****WELL it get worse!!!! Yesterday 9/8 I was contacted saying that yes the thermostat was set higher she bumped it down so it will be 10 degrees cooler. Ok cool, so I went back yesterday evening after I got off work and guess what….STILL the same hot in there the “air” blowing out is HOT…Today 9/9 I just called back to tell them of this and the guy tells me well that building is normally hotter than the others usually 80 to 90 degrees but I have a 10x10 unit that’s cooler on another building you can go to Sir it isn’t big enough. We will have to send this up to our DM Monday…sir that isn’t going to work I have to have this stuff completely moved out by Monday. THIS IS SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! How is 80 to 90 degrees temperature control but the other buildings are cooler!?! Just say that it isn’t properly working and get someone to come fix it. I am OVER THIS!!!*****
