Storage units were well secured with surveillance cameras. Property manager was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us bottled water as we were moving out!

Great customer service still exists! There was no part of my process of renting a unit that wasn’t pleasant and informative. This was a last minute decision in my stressful moving situation and I left Storage Sense relieved and feeling secure in my decision to rent from your company! 4724 S. Creyts Rd. location was very convenient and manager made me feel welcome when I walked in. Friendly staff and location was clean and saw manager policing the grounds several time when I was there. Always said hello and thanked me for being a customer. I will have no problem renting there again soon. When a company has such a concerned employee it in itself is a valuable asset. Looking forward to doing business there again.

I brought my 22 year old son here over the weekend to store his things he is collecting for his first apartment. He went in by himself and was so happy when he came out by the level of ease the employee made this experience for him. He said they were so friendly and helpful. I was pleased that they kept his reservation for over a month because he kept being sent out of town on work and couldn't make it in. They also honored the half off deal from the original reservation even though he didn't make it in for a month. This place is the best storage place I have ever been to!

The price was right and very conveniently located. I would recommend they repair some of the large pot holes in the drive near the rear storage units. There was also some confusion over records as to if there was a unit available. It worked out in the end though.

Reserving online was easy and effective and the follow up call was fast. I was able to see the size of the unit and others to compare so i knew exactly what I was getting. The discounts were listed online too.The quality of the unit and grounds is on par with other facilities. The grounds were well kept, no debris or trash in sight. All paths to units were clear. The drive to the unit was simple but they don’t leave enough room for a truck, it is too narrow to back in and face your trunk or bed into your unit. The doors seem a bit flimsy for outdoor units but I suspect they’ll hold up proper for summer storage. The units have high ceilings but they’re not flat which is not an issue if you’re not standing anything up. You can pile high but you wont be left with much room to move things stacked high as there is a grid like structure to the ceiling.The fees are reasonable. The cost of supplies on site are reasonable. Incentives to rent here are available. There is one person there or was when I rented and he was away for some time which delayed my movers by 20 minutes. My movers were kind enough not to charge me for that time as I had no control. So I would recommend setting an appointment or getting the key code and setting up of your lease prior to move in date because this is not a place for prompt service. He was kind and got everything completed and let my guys in during the lease signing process. Everything was executed properly, the cost was the same as quoted as were the terms. I would just recommend not coming in when you are on a time limit.There’s a fee for paying on the phone and online, the true fee free way if you’re not local is auto-pay. I wish I had known that before renting. Not a huge issue but I will be away for some time and it is not possible for me to come in to pay. You have to come in to setup auto pay too. So their technology is a bit dated. Many business have omitted convenience fees for customers this is an archaic practice, using online payment systems is a cost of doing business.I will review again once my lease is up.

Great customer service. I was able to reserve a unit online, and someone promptly followed up to talk to me about next steps. The lady in the office was friendly, helpful and professional and the process was quick and painless. The unit is affordable compared to other storage places, it's clean and seems really well-managed.
