I am very impressed with this business.The owner and management are very responsive. They go above and beyond for their clients. The storage area is gated and that is great. The owner did what he could to get a spot that was easy to back my Rv into. I'm not sure if he's always able to do that of course. He clearly does what he can for people though.

Easy to reserve a unit online. When you purchase the unit online, you need more information in order to get access to the property. That was easily taken care of at the N. Holly Rd property. Thanks gals!

I give a 5 to the local office staff in Holly Michigan but a 3 to new company that bought it. I loved getting the little extra off for being a veteran. Now that was deleted. The main office out of state when accepting calls doesn't even show me in their system even though i have had this unit since February 2020.

When I requested a certain unit online, the Holly mi location did not have that unit available, but they told us the location off Saginaw rd had the unit we needed and offered it at a discounted rate for not having it available when we arrived.I would recommend this company to anyone looking to store their things!
