The whole experience was pretty amazing honestly it was a last minute thing and we basically had nowhere to be able to put our stuff and everywhere we called was either closed or wanted to arm and a leg. Thank God for this place because the staff helped us out every step of the way and was very gracious about the whole experience we didn't run into any problems. The place was clean and easy to navigate I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone needing storage

All the renting process for the storage unit was easy using the online webpage. Making possible to give the move out notice online would be an added benefit. The unit was ready and clean when I arrived. The assistance provided by the personnel was excellent. They (attendants at move-in and move-out) were respectful, helpful, and kind. There were a very low number (2-4) of carts available to use for loading and unloading of boxes. Adding additional carts would be a great improvement.

I thought she did wonderful given the adversity she is facing with staffing, her company's recent acquisition of the facility, the pre existing customers and current learning curve of the new facility!
