Theyre ok. Great place to store kind of. Spiders and mice still get in but what attics and basement doesnt have that? Only issue i have is you have to pay on the date they issue or theyll lock you out and cut your locks off. People get paid different dates each month. So wish they work with customers on when they get their paychecks. Also i think they should cut personal locks if the unit was lost and given to auction.

I believe I have been a customer for more than 10 years, with more than one unit in that time. Other than smallish irritations with what are corporate rules, I have had no real issues. What I have liked is the personnel - it is so nice to interact with people who know who you are, who will have a friendly conversation with you, and then even remember a month or two later. On that basis alone, I would recommend Storage Sense alone 🙂

I stored my household goods for nearly 4 years due to being stationed in Texas with the Army. I paid easily with automatic payments and when I arrived to remove my things all of my belongings where exactly as I left them, no rodent damage, no water damage, just a little dust. I would highly recommend this storage place to anyone looking for safe, dependable storage at a reasonable price per month.

Very easy experience, and Ms. Sharon in the Georgetown Kentucky location is Awesome and Amazing, she is so very Nice and very helpful. I was really stressed out about the move I had to make and I had No idea how much space I was going to need really, and she showed me more options and we found the perfect fit for all my furnishings and boxes. I would definitely recommend this place,also it's gated and camera security as well so I felt my things were in a great place.

Needed a space for storage. Called and lady super polite. Listened to my requests. Set up meeting following morning. Both ladies super friendly, professional. Insisted i go look at space. They did not want me to rent anything that wouldn't suit my needs. Explained how to get in and out, then made sure I had all information and understood process for entry and exit. Super professional and friendly. Highly recommend

I had a Pod emergency, completely at the fault of the Pods company, and was so frustrated & in a panic. When I came into Storage Sense the lady was so helpful and the process was quick & easy. The unit was clean and seems to be weather and bug safe. The only issue could be, depending where the unit is, you aren't able to get larger U-Haul trucks into the isles.

It's been ok. I just needed a place to store my moms things after her passing in May 2018, so I would have time to go through them. Update 11/2/2022. I am now in the process of cleaning it out asap, due to they keep raising cost. Same unit, same size as the beginning, not air controlled or special unit. Price increase 3 times in the last year and a half.
