Went to get our u haul rental, we were assured it would be outside the gate for an online check in, it wasn’t there. Doors were locked during business hours. Someone asked us if we needed a trailer, said yes, we never saw them again. After waiting we had to move our reservation and got help quickly at another location. I’ve never had this kind of trouble in all my times of renting U Hauls. I would rate lower if I could.

Came by to purchase moving supplies during business hours. Doors were locked with a sign on the door stating that management was "on property" with a number to call for assistance. Called the number and nobody answered. Guess I'll be spending my money elsewhere.
