I absolutely loved my time renting a unit here. It is a safe location and has remarkable management. Consuelo made everything easy and every visit was enjoyable and every transaction easy. This location has changed hands a few times since owning a unit here various times over 4 years. Military friendly, clean with spacious units. Has uhaul rentals with competent staff. And offers unit insurance with various price packages.It's typical for a storage unit location offering various sizes from extremely large to small indoor and outdoor units.They have bathrooms on site and free bottled water for those times you forget you live in georgia.Where this places excels versus other locations is security and staff.One woman that has been here through many ownership hands is consuela.She's very straight forward but willing to help you find anything or set anything up. And willing to setup storage locations even from across the globe.During a deployment I learned that our lease was going to expire I contacted consuela and she set it up across the world no issue so when I returned home I could start filling the unit.Overall, while the location has swapped hands many times it remains a excellent location to rent uhauls or storage units with a dedicated professional staff.I will only store my things here.

We used this storage facility for almost two years when we moved from Atlanta to Perry. Consuelo was very easy to work with and helped facilitate our rental remotely. Communication was great letting us know when our unit was damaged and when we left one unit unlocked. The customer service overall was excellent from beginning to end. It was a very easy and smooth process to rent two storage units from here. The facility is very clean as well, and I would recommend this facility for future storage needs.

Our storage time at Monster-Bonaire, GA (now Storage Sense-Bonaire, GA) was perfect. We can started out with an outside storage and a climate controlled inside unit. During our storage stay the one light that shined every time we had a question (from move-in to move-out on April 10, 2022, was Consuela. She is professional and answered any questions we had with kindness. The inside building hallways were always immaculate. Consuela runs the Bonaire property like a home and we were always treated like family!

Ms. Consuela at the Bonaire, GA location is very professional and very kind. She help make our renting storage space incredibly easy.The unit we rented and the property is extra-clean -ALWAYS. I love the fact that she checks all the locks to be sure they are locked every morning. That alone gives a sense of security to us and a feeling she cares deeply for the property.

When searching originally for a storage unit, this place was the most affordable around that suited my needs. The personnel are friendly, nice and will to help and accommodate whatever you may need. The units are clean. They monitor every day for security purposes. I would definitely recommend!!

Consuelo is an absolute professional when it comes to running and maintaining a state of the art storage facility. She manages a customer oriented staff, and keeps the property clean and orderly. She is one of those leaders who shows up early, and stays late. She knows her facility like the palm of her hand. I don't often recommend people or business's due to being burned in the past, but I feel like it's my obligation to merit her with this high praise in this instance. If I could render 10 Stars vs the 5 GOOGLE allows I certainly would. MONSTER SELF STORAGE BONAIRE is #1 in my book!

I’ve been renting an indoor unit here since March. I have been very pleased with the climate control and the pest control measures in place. This is by far the cleanest storage unit we’ve ever used. Access has always been easy, and carts are always handy for the indoor users.

We chose this location to store our household goods and 2 vehicles when we moved to Georgia. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and ease of gated access to our storage unit. When we decided to move from Georgia, we chose this location again to collect our U-Haul truck because we trusted Consuela to make sure the truck was in ready condition for a cross country trip. She was so wonderful to work with and we feel assured of the trucks soundness to make this journey. I would recommend this facility completely!

I had a short notice tasker, for my job, that required me to leave town. This left me needing a unit to store my boat in. I called around to a few places and they either didn't have availability or didn't care to work with me. When I called Monster Self Storage in Bonaire, Ms. Consuelo invited me to come down to see if my boat would fit in the available unit. When I got there she was extremely accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped me play Tetris with the boat until we finally got it to fit. Afterwards, she informed me of the promotions they had going at the time and I felt extremely confident leaving my belongings there. When I returned home, all of my stuff was just how I left it. The move out process was extremely easy. If I ever need another unit, Ms. Consuelo will be my first call. You will not be disappointed storing your possessions here. Thank you again, Ms. Consuelo, for showing everyone that exceptional customer service is still alive!

We are moving to Bonaire and we rented two storage units there. That ended up not being enough and Consuelo went out of her way to find us a third one near one we already had.
