Melanie’s character is impeccable! I arrived on site as soon as I opened the door she was standing to greet me. I immediately felt welcomed. Melanie took all my contact information and even gave me a tour of the entire facility with out hesitation, she was so courteous to me. She took notes and found the prefect space for my needs. Melanie even helped me compare prices on boxes and moving supplies. So thankful, I found this property and this property manager!

I purchase storage units through online auctions, I had the opportunity to purchase a unit from this facility and it is actually managed by the Storage Sense in Grovetown, Georgia. I appreciated the personalized service and also found them to be very professional as well! it means a lot to us, and we have a lot of contact with many of people through the auctions. I want to specifically mention Sandra and August - these two should be recognized for their efforts and are a true asset to Storage Sense. Overall, good experience. When there were issues such as gate malfunctions, they were communicated accordingly. Same with account updates - my gate code was changed at one point and communicated, so I had no issue gaining access.

Melanie made signing up/ moving in to my unit absolutely painless. She listened to my needs and recommended me the appropriate sized unit, without trying to up-sell me on something I didn't need. She ensured that I had the code for the gate, and that all the proper documentation was completed seamlessly. For my money, I wouldnt choose anyone else to use for storage.
