Melanie made signing up/ moving in to my unit absolutely painless. She listened to my needs and recommended me the appropriate sized unit, without trying to up-sell me on something I didn't need. She ensured that I had the code for the gate, and that all the proper documentation was completed seamlessly. For my money, I wouldnt choose anyone else to use for storage.

I recommend this place 100 percent.... I have had a unit there for almost 5 years now and have not had any issues. Today I went and got another one for my son who is overseas serving. I had such a great experience keeping my stuff here! The staff is friendly and I even got a special Halloween treat, so cute 🙂 I am a military spouse and used storage sense as a place I stored my goods while I was in transition. They were easy to work with and very accommodating of my schedule. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely use them! Plus, the rates are good and they even have a military discount!

Needs to cleaned prior to storing. Friendly mgr at Belair.other staff needs Had issues with gate entrance in beginning. Doors are hard to lift. Alot of remodeling is being done which is needed greatly. Good prices.
