Great storage place with reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. My only complaint is that the main access gate was broken/open for several weeks, which reduced the sense of security. Also, one of the doors to access the building was malfunctioning and it took several attempts to enter the access code before the lock released properly. We reported that several times before it was fixed.

Sheryl the store manager was very sweet and helpful. Before signing contract she allowed us to view the unit to ensure the size we reserved was going to work for us. Afterwards the paperwork process was very easy and very user friendly system for signing contract. I would definitely recommend storage sense and Sheryl’s winning attitude to anyone needing storage space

Good storage solution. Feels very safe and secure and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the gate code access is nice. Was able to pull a full sized moving truck inside with no issue. Overall would definitely recommend.

Overall a good facility. Reservation process was a little confusing and staff could be better about reigning in tenants. For consecutive days I saw a loaded trailer taking up a parking spot in the loading area. Very inconvenient.

There’s a separate code for after hours access we were not given at the time of rental even though I verified before the office closed that I would be able to unload trucks after normal gate hours.When we finished unloading after normal gate hours we got trapped inside the facility because our regular code wouldn’t work.The after hours number refused to give us the exit code to get out of the facility.The on-site management was allegedly called but didn’t respond.After 3 calls to the after hours number and an hour later, we we’re finally given the code to exit the facility.There are some serious safety, communication and policies issues with the Apopka Fl location and company.
