Good so far. Love the fact that you can make all the necessary arrangements online. There is no need to go to the office to fill out paperwork. It can all be done on their easy to navigate website. Just be sure to bring your storage lock or locks.Great for those of us with a busy schedules.

Overall good. But when I notified the storage company of the planned move out, it would have been nice to be reminded they don't prorate the month. I left my unit 5 days after paying for a entire month. I've had the unit since 2018 so of course I'm not up to par on all the rules. Had I known that, I would have moved my date up to before the payment date or waited. It's shady business to not notify customers of this policy when they give you a timeline for a planned move out. Otherwise, this unit was fine. Easy for storage and payments were easy.

Terrible place, be wary of price hikes. Management will tell you, they are the lowest. However, do your due diligence, and shop around. There are more affordable places with better services. Not to mentioned, there’s a dumpster to get rid of your trash from your storage. Management is awful.

Had to store our belongings for a little over a year, and while the staff was nice and the facility was nice, I found a larger unit for half the price elsewhere.They over charge a bit, and they will NOT refund you even if you were only in the unit for a couple days after you are charged for the month. They also charge you MORE if you don’t have insurance. Lastly, their units don’t seal. All of my belongings were incredibly dirty.I would recommend you shop around a bit before booking here. There are better prices for larger (and nicer) units.

So happy with our experience here! We were stiffed by other rental facilities even though we had a reservation. This was the only location that honored our reservation. Service was friendly and professional. The units are clean and well kept, NO BUGS. It rained heavily before we arrived and the concrete in the unit was bone dry. Monica in the office was wonderful to work with!
