So happy with our experience here! We were stiffed by other rental facilities even though we had a reservation. This was the only location that honored our reservation. Service was friendly and professional. The units are clean and well kept, NO BUGS. It rained heavily before we arrived and the concrete in the unit was bone dry. Monica in the office was wonderful to work with!

Very nice, easy to rent, convenient location. Price is higher than some and I’m not happy about the admin fee they charge. Plan to only use short time due to high fees. Staff is very nice.

This storage unit service is the ideal location for military members. The staff is incredibly helpful and understand of military members needs and situations. The store manager Ms. Monica Sandoval, is beyond helpful and supportive and runs a very clean facility. Units are very reasonably priced, clean and maintained. Thanks for everything!

Quick, easy and friendly.UPDATE: Just closed my unit after 18 months since all my belongings are now at my new house. Storage is very important for securing my stuff and keeping it critter free. You can get a few surprises when moving but I had none of those. Nothing had eaten into my boxes or mattresses. I truly loved having a door on both sides of the storage are. So smart, great feature. The staff in the office were always great. I never had a bad experience. I absolutely recommend Storage Sense.

They where very helpful and kind. We got to go look at the unit which was in good condition. You could tell it was well maintained but still used. They made sure we had a unit that would fit our needs and then some. Monica even got us a drive through unit which made it so much easier to unload everything. She answered all our questions and never rushed us. They only allow disc locks and we needed two. Thankfully we already had them but when you don't they have you covered. They also sell disc locks just in case. Monica made the process smooth and easy.

Definitely recommend this place. Needed to store my trailer quickly so based on some previous reviews I called this place first. Glad I did. Monica and Madison were super accommodating and friendly.
