Very easy and painless process to rent a storage unit. Office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and accommodating. They are upgrading their security which is an sign that the management cares about the facilities quality and security for their renters. WARNING: The moment I move out of state, charged late fee.. pay date is 19th, 20-24 is grace period... Nope, guy in office said it's the 18th, that's why Im charged late fee, no notice of any change to pay date .. they said they sent notice and called me, nothing.. the day I called they sent notice of late payment due AND SAID ITS BEEN THE SAME FOR 20 YEARS, HOW? I only had 2 units for 20 months... checked my statement, payment day hasn't been changed and still charged late fees.. please pay attention to what they say and do to your account.. especially the guy in the office.. they will try their best to milk money from you.. I'm rushing to get my belongings out before they decide to do other things to my account.. go with executive storage!!!!

She made mad Emmy experience amazing. She was very helpful and polite. She explained in detail how the process worked and because of this I have bought 3 more units from auctions since then.
