Was called a "trespasser" when I was 15 min late leaving my storage unit after closing time. I was locked in and they called police on me just to open gate to exit. My contract was terminated and only given one day one trip only to get a 10 by 10 unit emptied and cleaned! Otherwise they would charge me cleanup fee.Funny how no action was taken on valentine's night when I got stuck in storage unit till midnight and had to shovel myself out because unit was not plowed.

The manager was communicative over the phone and once in the office she was so helpful! The contract was straightforward and signing up was easy as well as setting up auto payment. I've used storage units in the past through other companies and this was by far the easiest process. The facility is clean and secure and I'd totally recommend Storage Sense to others.

I had a unit in Flagstaff az. My ledger was over priced. The price they said i was going to pay per promo i was only given 1 time. When my unit got behind after them not adding my correct credits onto my account they put me into auction not going per Arizona state law but skipping ahead a month and choosing not to send me the letters for my unit but to send it to the completely wrong state. The auction on my unit was done improperly and not per arizona law. I was then trespassed from the property after the manger yelking at me telling me shes tired of me coming around and calling and haven't been able to get ahold of a DM or RM in order to stop the auction process to express ny concerns. I was boy allowed ny ledge because it's against company policy. I'm completely frustrated and heartbroken that due to a mistake of their own manager i lost my family items. That were priceless to me and my kids.

The manager there, Shannon?, is great! She was late opening the office once, but only by around 15 minutes and she was really apologetic/had a legit reason. There was someone I emailed with that wasn’t her that wouldn’t answer my questions though. They just kept saying the same vague thing when I was trying to ask if I could pay online for something I reserved in person.

Worst storage place in Flagstaff. Charge way above market rate for small units, keep raising rent on already-exorbitant prices, and started charging me for insurance without having a conversation with me (which was not agreed upon when I signed for the unit), while I've had insurance the entire almost-two years I've had a unit with them. I have always been on time with payments, and yet they treat their customers like garbage. Run as fast as you can the other way, you'll regret getting a unit with them. The previous owner was much better when I had the same exact unit, and Storage Sense and their employees are a stain on the Flagstaff community.

They have continually harassed me even though I made it clear I am the wrong person and DO NOT contact me again. I have never used them nor do I live in the area. It all seemed very confusing and maybe that was my fault because I didn’t fully understand the system. I received a call about my reservation that eventually got straightened out with the manager. She wanted to know my time frame so that she could go to the bank. I thought that was a little peculiar. Regardless, the facility is nice and definitely safe.

It was a quick and easy progress to sign up for the account and close the account. The staff are nice. The only thing I would say is that I wish I would have been told that the outdoor storage gets a lot of pollen and spiders. I understand that it is outside and insects will get in no matter what but the amount was excessive compared to the past outside storage units that I have had in the past at other facilities.

Super easy online transaction! I had to talk to absolutely nobody. I completed it all online very quickly and when I got to my unit it had some informative brochures as well as a refrigerator magnet clip and a new pen! I really like the security in place! Okay, ya! I came into storage sense, and got WAY more than I expected! Let's talk about Mr. Chandler. He was extremely helpful, and professional. He walked me to the storage, did my paper work and explained everything to me, thourally. He did everything with simplicity, and ease. I highly recommend this Storage Sense. This was also the very first storage space I ever rented in my life I didn't have to clean before I moved my things in, and I'm 50 years old! Chandler if you read, this; you really made my day, and I appreciate you. Keep up the GREAT work!!

This was my first time renting a storage space, and I needed it on very short notice. No one else in town could accommodate or I didn’t feel safe using them. The woman at the desk was extremely friendly and talked through my storage needs to make sure I’d selected a unit that fit my needs. As she processed my unit and paperwork she made nice small talk. Before I even walked out the door to drop off items in my unit she was also sure to explain the process, gave great directions to the unit, and answered my extra questions about my lock. The great service, easy access, and free water were big pluses too.UPDATE:I am preparing to end my service with Storage Sense as I move out of state this coming weekend. The professionalism of this facility never wavered. The entire four months I rented from the company the premises was kept clean, well lit, and clear of debris. I was never concerned about the safety of my items either because of how well gated and monitored the facility is. I was a little nervous about informing the owner that I was ending my service as I had meant to let her know a few weeks before, but she was incredibly friendly and the entire process took maybe three or four minutes. Again, the small talk was a great touch and customer service was incredible. I genuinely hope if I have to rent a unit again they reach the same standard of Storage Sense.Additionally, something worth noting--this facility is right next to a Purina factory that can give off strong smells once or twice a day as they manufacture pet food. While you can smell it in the air due to proximity to the factory, nothing I pulled out of my storage unit from blankets to clothing to suitcases EVER ended up smelling like the air around the factory. Just thought it was worth noting since it might be a concern to some folks!

I was happy these guys had a unit available.Friendly staff, and the gates to go in and out are impressive to watch operate.#protip The units are accessible after dark, but the place is very poorly lit on the outside and our unit doesn’t have a light inside, so bring a flashlight or park you car pointing at the unit at night.

Oh My Gosh! Shannon has been so helpful!
