Noah Stewart was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Noah expertly completed my paperwork and was thorough in explaining the process of entry codes, my unit location & usage. I had previously rented a unit at a popular "public storage" that continually raised the rates every 3 months! I use the unit to store seasonal items & extra household items so I visit the unit infrequently. Noah made me feel that my items were safe and secure at the Waukesha location. I have already recommended Storage Sense to friends. Thank you Noah for the seamless transfer of my belongings!

The building looks new and is very clean inside. There are entrances on both sides so your unit is not difficult to reach. Moving in was seamless, and I have no complaints about the facility. Noah was extremely helpful when I reserved the unit even though I was there half an hour before office hours closed.

Eric was always extremely helpful with move in and move out. He was always available to answer any questions I had. The facility is clean and easy to move about in. I loved that it was climate controlled as well. Easy access into the facility.

Everything is new. Clean and well lit. Only downside is you need to cart your belongings inside to the unit that you have rented. They provide equipment so it works out for most items. Best monthly price I could find in the area.

I was looking for a new storage facility in my area. I called Storage Sense & spoke to Noah. He was able to get me the information I needed & also informed me of other storage unit sizes they had that might fit what I needed. Erik was not only helpful and knowledgeable about answering all of our questions, but he did it in such a friendly manner. Regarding the premises, it was clean, well lit, with a hand truck available, and with security cameras. Oh, one more thing. It was the least expensive out of all the storage locations in Waukesha that we checked!

The storage facility is a securely locked facility, clean and reasonably priced. It's also climate controlled, which is always a plus! Erik, the manager, is friendly and very knowledgeable regarding the correct unit size needed to store belongings. Erik also gave me a thorough tour of the facility. He ensured I was completely satisfied with the unit I chose without rushing through the process. I am confident my belongings are safe while being stored at Storage Sense!
