Bathrooms aren't open all day. My unit has a awkward pole running through it as well as a giant wire but I'm charged for unusable space. Temp controlled but still moist in there so be careful if you have art to store. Very dark in the units and no outlets for electricity. The lights turn off every 20 mins and you need to go walk to manually turn them on for another 20mins.

I was truly impressed with the cleanliness and the coolness in the storage house! The agent was so kind and patient and he was very thorough making sure that I got the discounts right down to me being done with the truck within 2 hours saving me more money🤗! I felt like that was something he didn't even have to tell me. Because I definitely didn't know about that! But truly I am very impressed with they have fans blowing cool air in the night three times and then sucking the heat out in the night three times!!! That is great and it is very well needed!!! I was also greatly impressed in how the agent was very thorough and patient and going over the rental forms agreements. As well as, showing me the rules that was posted within the storage Warehouse concerning others in general. And I won't even leave out, to mention how you CANNOT STORE FOOD in the warehouse! That is a great relief, that there will not be a pest problem with my things! Overall, I give them a five star all around 🎉👏🤗!!!

My son goes to Lawrence and for the second year now we have rented a storage space at Storage Sense to keep clothes, household goods, a refrigerator, and other items over the summer instead of moving them back and forth from out home state. Jacob has helped us both times and is phenomenal at answering questions, helping with paperwork, and ensuring we are satisfied with our rental experience. He is always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The facility itself is great! The units are indoors (a plus especially in summer and winter), climate controlled, and always kept clean. I really enjoy the carts/trolleys that are available to help you move stuff from your car to your unit. Storage Sense has been a great experience all the way around!

Awesome hours, easily accessible. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure they gave as much info as possible on everything, from basic interior storage community rules all the way to saving money on monthly fees. Jacob was so friendly from the moment we walked through the door. He took the time to show us around and made sure we felt comfortable using our lock. He was available to answer all of our questions. Mike arrived later and made sure to introduce himself and let us know he was also available if there were any questions. The storage unit itself is very clean and well maintained, and the price is great - especially with the current promotion! We're very happy with our decision to store our belongings here.

The facility was very large, very clean, and very well maintained. The facility drive through provides easy access to units, especially those along the drive through. I always felt that my stuff was secure at this facility, and never had any problems with pests. The price is a bit on the higher side, but certainly well worth it considering the on-site security and climate-controlled storage units.

Storage Sense is a nice facility to store your items. Being climate controlled and the ability to drive right in to your unit makes a huge difference. The cost might seem high, but what isn't today? It's clean too. Sometimes when the doors don't work, it's a frustration.

The place is in a good location, but the rent is actually very expensive. I'm over 3 years old and I realize that every time they raise my rent. Now I am paying $190 for 10x20 and on the page it is $149. I spoke to the office in person and they told me that they cannot make any changes. because if not all those who are renting are going to want change. and I told him it's fair and he didn't care. Well, I already saw another place for less price. What a disappointment after paying so much now they leave that they cannot make changes. but they promote very low prices on the page.

I stopped in because I made the decision to move out of my apartment, but my work schedule wouldn't allow me to move to my new place hundreds of miles away for a few months. It was my first stop in my search and Jacob told me what he had available and gave me a tour to show me the facility and available units. He was great and extremely professional.I left, figuring I would do some more research. I saw that I could reserve and pay online. And get my first month free. That place ocess was SO EASY! Easy to pay online as well.Obviously, I don't need this unit forever, but the ability to drive in and load and unload out of the Wisconsin elements is worth every dime! And you can get packing/moving there as well as Penske rental vehicls. I would definitely recommend them.
