Facility renting and ending lease was easy. Cochroaches in unit, however my items did not have roaches prior to moving it. Had to spend money and time cleaning everything to ensure I was not bringing roaches into my home. Oil stains in the unit from prior tenants caused damage to my boxes when they assured me they were cleaned properly.Would probably prefer a temp-controlled unit next time to avoid these issues

Absolutely 5 stars 🌟 Mark went above and beyond to help us after traveling from AZ to VA he made it as simple and fast as he could and made sure we got the best deal around. After trying several other locations prior mark was quick to be up front with all costs and fees and even changed our unit last minute the next morning because we felt we bought to small and needed a larger unit and Mark even had all the paperwork done codes changed and in the new unit within minutes! Highly recommended 👌 access was easy with large moving truck and trailer. Easy maneuverability!

We have used multiple storage facilities and this one is by far the best. Mark, in the office, was very friendly, accommodating and gave us tons of information about the area. We had to move in when office hours were closed and ended up needing an additional unit. Even the customer service representative who assisted me purchasing the additional unit out of office hours went above and beyond. We had an additional unit in 10 mins and in the same row as our original. The facility is well taken care of, I highly recommend renting from storage sense and if we ever need one again we will come here.
