Very amazing service! I had forgot my card (so use to using apple pay nowadays) Beverly was so kind and patient while I called my bank to pull my information up, we must’ve had to wait 20 minutes and she did not show frustration or annoyance one time!

I needed a safe area to park my vehicle, I called Trish Carter at stephens storage and she informed me they offered parking. She was very polite and I was relieved to have a safe spot with cameras as well as a gate to store my vehicle !

I think that TRISH was amazing I’ve been looking for storages. For quite some time now and it’s always a hassle. She was very helpful kind and broke it down for me so I wasn’t confused. And made things very simple. ! The best!!!

Storage Sense in Stephens City is Absolutely Amazing. I Love their website. It list all their available storage units from sizes of the units, their prices, to moving supplies. Trish was super Friendly and so Personable. My daughter and I arrived 10 minutes before closing and she took us in and got our paperwork and everything done in a matter of minutes. She took the time to answer questions and addressed our concerns. I offered to come back the next day but she assured us, we were no a bother. I give them five star's. Go see them if you have any storage need's.

Jeff did a great job making sure everything was in order. I rented an indoor unit, they are clean and secure. I love that you have to have a code to get into the indoor units! Property is clean and well lit. Prices are fair.

I was very happy to find Storage Sense. It’s in a great location and the rates are affordable. The entire site is clean, including my storage unit. The manager, Jeff, is pleasant to speak with and was very helpful in getting a unit that I needed. I absolutely recommend Storage Sense!

Jeff is great! I live out of state and recently lost my mom in Strasburg. He helped me rent a unit not only remotely but also in choosing the correct size for what we needed. I was searching around for an affordable storage unit to put my things in short notice and came across Storage Sense. To my surprise I had the option to reserve online to keep the unit available until I was able to come by. Within 5 minutes the staff called to get everything set up. It’s gated with a code to get it, security cameras on premises, affordable, and just all around a great option for the price!
