Ms. Sandy was so happy and sweet. She is extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for any questions, not that I had too many because she was very informative. I did notice that she had to type in all card info because her swiper doesn’t work. Although she deserves more and some, I think that’s at the very least that Storage Sense needs to provide for her, just to make her job easier. She’s Great! 10 ⭐️

Sandy is absolutely amazing! When I called To ask questions about the change, automatic payments, and The like; I felt valued, heard, and appreciated. With Storage Sense now taking over this location where my organization has had our storage for at least about 10 years I was apprehensive about the changeover however, she made sure that my payments continue to come out as scheduled, my information was updated and that if I needed anything else, she was available to assist me through the process. I’m not one to normally always leave a review because like everyone else life can get busy however, I most definitely had to stop and let the world know how my experience Has been! With the impending change of ownership, we considered moving, but we most definitely will be staying. Thank you, thank you, Sandy!

Sandy the manager was really helpful in showing us units that were available. She gave us options and then explained the special that was going on. With her excellent customer service skills and her willingness to help, we decided to rent a storage unit. The business is clean, well cared for and has an excellent manager. Ms. Sandy was awesome throughout the process. I contacted the property earlier in the month before. I was informed that there would be a unit of my desired size around the time I would be ready to move in. Sandy provided me with all the information that was required for a smooth transition. She was informed that I was working out out town and had to relocate an entire apartment and a large storage. I wasn’t quite sure if my arrival time. The week of my tentative move, she did a follow up again explaining the process and making sure I was still interested in the unit.Sandy was very professional and understanding of what strain I was in alone with being knowledgeable of her availability, policy and procedure and how of service she could provide. The unit was in a good location nice and clean. I was well pleased with the process it didn’t even all day to complete the paperwork as well. Excellent job Ms. Sandy

I highly recommend this storage facility and location. Jaime makes the process quick and painless, but if you have questions, he will take the time to answer them. This place is way better than Public Storage. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on 59 in Humble! It's nice to be treated as a valued customer instead of a nuisance.Update 04/21/23: the review above was for when Extra Space owned this facility. Storage Sense now owns it. Different people, same building. They no longer let customers use the restroom that is on the first floor by the elevators. Very inconvenient. Anyway, I moved out because they doubled my rent after 3 months. Staff is nice and helpful. Corporate raising rates astronomically on good customers is ridiculous
