Gate code given for access isn't working. I paid online for 10x10 and 5x10 units and reciept on email has gate code: *******I might not be doing something right but I pushed #******* , *then number and number itself and tried all 3 above with pound behind it.Be the last time here for me if it doesn't get fixed or tell me what im doing wrong asap.Update: I'm changing my star to 3 stars only because Joel saved the day on memorial day. Gatecode that was given after purchasing unit's online Friday evening. I really appreciate him taking time out of his day knowing it was memorial day just to help me as soon as he seen the review. He said he would've gotten to me quicker if he had recieved the emails or messages and phone calls but they don't go straight to him he just happen to se the review. He was quick ab it I will give him that. So thank you joel.
