The initial code I was given to get into the facility wasn't working so I called and talked to one of the operators and she fixed my problem right away and was very pleasant to talk to. I believe her name was Logan. When it can time to use my unit it was easy to get in and out of the facility and unit. When it came time for us to move our stuff out it was very accessible and easy to cancel my storage unit.

Any time I have called to speak with representatives they have been very helpful and friendly! The only negative feedback I have is the amount of spiders and bugs that have gotten into my unit. I was in an end unit #014 and you can see right outside. There was no caulking or foaming to enclose it and now the new unit I have moved to was overflowing with spiders which I will have to go spray for them. Overall good fair prices and friendly crew!

The driveways are a little narrow for a 26 ft uhaul truck. Other than that, they are very clear.

Don't recommend this place at all. It's all over the phone or online. Apparently the location doesn't exist and even when you offer the account number they tell you they don't service that location. HORRIBLE customer service!

It is a drive up and eat in car. I like going there .Sometimes I go to drive up for happy hour. It's from 2-5 Drinks are half off on special drinks.

At first they were amazing but after being homeless for 7 months it started to get difficult once me and my family found a place they gave 15 days to get everything out before they locked it well I was trying to get a truck so I could get our stuff out but i couldn't find anyone to help us and just to let everyone know me and my family are fixed income and the low income apartments broke us everytime to where we couldn't pay anything on our units now what really gets me is when they locked us out but didn't lock our units up till 6 more weeks and we couldn't get anything out which doesn't make sense to me we tried to give them some money but it wouldn't put a dent in it and now we lost the rest of our stuff that we had this has been stressing me out to where I had a seizure there in March my grandmothers drained glass painting that her brother made for her before he passed is in there along with my 9 year old boys toys and clothes,clothes,my tools that I have left we already lost our house in February then 4 months after I lost my truck which made it harder to get our stuff out I might be going on to much but this is what my family has been going threw for 8 months I even asked them for 72 hours and what I didn't get they could have which didn't work I could understand why they wouldn't do it but we wouldn't have done them wrong. I could go on but nobody would care in this world anymore and the parking lot is small I could barely fit a 20ft uhaul I wont be changing my rating I won't care what everyone thinks or says just know this if you're a low income family do not go here

Was going to leave a five star review because getting set up I spoke with a pleasant girl who happily worked with me to find my storage needs, however she also offered that if I needed to move out suddenly that she would work with me around the move out date.I called and spoke with someone named Patrick who told me he would not work with me because I was “too far into the billing cycle.” When I told him that coming sooner to get my belongings would not work because I’m in DENVER he got rude and kept speaking over the top of me. When I asked him to please stop interrupting me he told me I was “being difficult” and he hung up on me.Also just to let anyone know this location is HORRIDLY confined and not easy to access with trucks and a trailer to bring belongings in. Also the lighting is poor which makes it difficult to work in the evening hours.Update: Had a wonderful conversation with John the supervisor and he was incredibly kind and helpful. He is the example of exemplary customer service. Will update rating to 3 stars.

I called today on 7-14-17 at 5:00 pm to get information on pricing and availability and at first the lady who answered told me that there was nothing available so I asked if there were any other locations that may be available and she got rude with me and said there was nothing she could do for me. She then continued to tell me to ''google it'' to see availability. I told her I had and I couldn't figure out the availability so I asked her again if there were other locations available and she told me again to google it. So I hung up the phone! I will not be giving my business to this company for this exact reason!
