Storage Sense - Westminster

I work third shift so being able to reserve a storage room at 3am isn’t easy until now. Did everything online and showed up and greeted by the store manager. Very nice gentleman whom gave me directions to the room and also sold me a lock. Thanks for everyone’s thinking to make this happen quickly and stress free.Steven

I give Monster Westminster a 10+++. It is a clean facility and secure with gate so your possessions are safe. Wayde who manages it is friendly and very helpful. He care about his customers. I just received a call from him and when doing his rounds he noticed that when we last entered our storage we locked the lock but the actual bar was not in the right position. We live too far away to fix it. He offered to send me a form authorizing him to cut the lock and will lock it properly with a new lock. I recommend this facility in Westminster for all your storage needs. Thank you Wayde for caring about you job and us people who rely on a clean, safe storage environment for our goods. You are truly a very caring person and it shows in how you greet people and your customer service is outstanding.The Smiths

I am very happy with the folks at monster storage. When my fiancee and I first went in we were met by an older gentleman. He was very polite and cordial. He gave us a lot of the different options and deals and worked with us to find the best fit. Being a 3rd shift worker I was worried about access times. However, he was able to accommodate us. We love this storage facility they are the most helpful and friendly. They have everything you could ever need for moving from boxes to climate controlled units. 24hr surveillance and timed gate access reassure us that our things will remain safe during our moving process. I have been with monster storage since my move to SC over a year ago. I love their customer service and when I had covid last year they called me to check on me I thought that was awesome. They work with you if your short one month and you will be late on your payment.
