Kora went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The move-in process was smooth and fast. The building looks secure, well lit and clean. I love the music in the building and halls named after Philly streets. I would recommend this facility!

This was my first time renting a storage and I had no knowledge. I met with Daryl. He was nice, kind, patient with a friendly and welcoming attitude. He showed me 2 units. Although indecisive of size, he allowed me to video call for a viewing of my belongings. After 1 look, he ensured me of the size I needed. The process was quick and easy. He informed and educated me on everything I needed to know. Once I arrived back, I got lost and forgot my storage unit number. I pressed the button for help and was quickly informed. I liked that they use Philly familiar street names which made the guiding/finding unit and elevator easier. Daryl informed me of the app to use for entering the storage. The app is amazing and works perfectly. The service here was awesome, the space was beyond spacious and my experience was nothing less than a 10 out of a 10. I recommend Storage Sense in Wyncote to anyone needing extra space.

The customer service is very good. I’ve never had any issues when I come in I’ve spoken with the head manager and I’ve also spoken with Kora Williams who is the assistant manager, and she was awesome when I came in. I had a leak in my unit and they were very very helpful with working with me to try and figure out ways to fix it.

When I started renting here a few weeks ago I arrived just before closing and instead of Kora turning me away I was welcomed with a beautiful smile! It was my first time using self storage and she explained everything thoroughly and was very patient with me answering all my questions. Her knowledge of the facility and the whole process was absolutely wonderful. I have been to my storage unit several times and each time the facility is very clean and secure.Thank you for providing spectacular customer service Kora! I want to give her a 10 out of 10 stars.
