Getting a unit was a fast and smooth process. Having the unit for a few months… here’s my experience. One day someone broke the storage entrance, another day I saw a naked woman, another day I saw roaches... I don't know if this is an average storage experience, but if I never have to use a storage facility again, I’ll be happy.

I thought it was going to be a hard task getting a unit, I wasn't sure what size I needed but the young lady at the front desk ( Takora) was extremely helpful. The reviews for this spot made it an easy choice. And the 5 stars are well deserved. From the beginning, Kora & Daryl went above and beyond to make the process clear and easy. They’ve both been kind, thoughtful and thorough and communicated what to expect along the way.As for the space, the indoor units are such a plus, access is easy, and parking has never been a problem (even for a moving truck when I brought most of my stuff).Kora & Daryl, *thank you*…I’d never rented storage space before and your support made it all feel simple and smooth!

Top on the line, l first called on the phone, darrel, made me so relaxed on the phone that l knew l wanted to do business with storage sense, and when l got in the store l knew l was in the right place. The staff greet my daughter and myself, like we were family.Now Darrel is my grandson and Kora is my cousin (LOL) nice place to do business, they take their time to explain everything and MAKES sure you understand the paperwork and answers any and all question.
