I would just like to say I know. Some people may look at their prices and find that they change they are a little pricey, and yes, some of that may be true, however I try to look at the quality of service that you're getting the security that you're getting with your belongings and the customer service that you are receiving and I do say that with the highest regard for storage sense in new freedom pennsylvania. They are always willing to work with me. They always call back as soon as they can. And even though some other units are not climate control. None of my stuff and I mean, none of it has ever been ruined due to weather. So for what it's worth to those who are looking for a good unit. I would definitely recommend this place. The manager down there.Her name is Beth and she is very easy to talk to and very kind and you can tell that she is genuine.So treat her with respect people because it goes a long wayLol.

The storage unit #121 was convenient however upon moving out we did find that some of stuff was wet!! Investigation revealed that the roof had a leak, other then that it was a nice storage place!

Upon taking delivery of the unit everything was the way it should be, easy access thru the gate, clean surroundings around the yard and the locker was free of any dirt or cobwebs. 5 stars.

We used Storage Sense for six years when my parents were in desperate need after losing their house and having to downsize in order to move in with me. When we first got the unit it was $80 a month for a great size space! While the unit itself wasn’t temperature controlled it was just what we needed to store our large furniture pieces. With inflation the unit ended up being $150 a month plus insurance after 6 years and we could no longer afford it. We moved out in January 2024

Overall, it was a good experience. It was definitely unclear how to officially move out. The unit was mostly clean. We did have some animals that got in.
