I like that you can drive up to your storage, garage and load and unload easily. Keypad entry was bought out and the new owners have upgraded doors and roofing. They have also raised the rent every other month. It seems. Where we used to pay $100 a month with a storage inn, we are now over 250 for the same unit

We scheduled a meeting to check out the facility. We were greeted by the Store Manager Mr. Reed, he answered all our questions and took us to see the unit. The unit was very clean. We purchased a double lock for the unit and insurance. Mr. Reed was very helpful in deciding on what was needed for the unit. We highly recommend this facility.

This facility was very convenient. A big plus was not having to get out of your car as you pull up to the gate. They offer an app on your phone to open the gate. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Shonda was a joy to work with.

The worst management ever. My lease was terminated because I knew someone else who had a unit and he was being evicted because of something a friend of his did at his unit. I was told I might bring my friend back in if they let me keep my unit.

Great experience. Reserved a 5x5 unit online and had a couple questions regarding move in (I live 45+ min away, so wanted to avoid multiple trips). They were incredibly responsive to both email and phone. Far better customer experience than I’ve ever had using any storage unit. Very well run operation.On arrival, they were efficient and professional. Switched me over to a 10x10 unit (which turns out I needed) seamlessly without any issue. Place was clean and safe. Key code entry worked without any issues. Closing out the unit couldnt have been easier.10/10 would use again.

New review 6/20/21- New ownership means gentrification. "Rent seeking" practiced here-just like the rest. Rates went up significantly about 8 months ago, right before the covid Christmas. Now they've lost my rental insurance info and are making me pay an insurance fee on top of the rate jumping up from $86 to $136 a month. Not particularly happy with folks who buy a business where they can sit on their butts all day and think that they are entitled to more profits than the previous owner and then jam it up your keister. New overhead doors-that don't seal properly at the seal. New cameras and automated security installed to compensate for no live-in manager. The previous manager was there over 25 yrs and lived there. It should be a crime, punishable by law.

Everything was so easy and so quick! I was renting the storage unit for my college-age daughter so I didn't have to move her stuff out of the area for two months and then just bring it back. She was impressed with how easy it was, and was very comfortable accessing her unit, and entering the gate code. Don't rent a car to move your college student - use Storage Sense!!

I have never utilized the storage unit before, so when I first started looking for a unit it was a bit overwhelming. There were a lot of factors I had to consider, I was looking for a place that wasn’t too far, that had a unit that fit my exact desire (a drive up 10x10 unit), and of course a place that made my experience comfortable. StorageSense provided all of that for me.StorageSense wasnt the first place I called but between odd pricing and lack of options, when I found storagesense I was really happy. All of my needs were met. I rented online in a hurry because I was attempting to move things to the unit that night, and when i got to my spot in the evening i noticed my locker was closed. I was upset, and then moved my items to a locker that was 2 doors over that was unlocked. I was admittedly nervous, because I thought this may have caused some issue with the system. I knew I would be calling in the morning to make sure everything was okay, fearing I would be fined or asked to move all of my stuff to the locker.When The morning came, the manager from storagesense called me before I even got the chance, he made me knowledgeable about the rental process and insurance (made me glad I got it) and also asked me did I have questions. When I told him about being locked out, he apologized but then told me that with some review I actually went to the wrong locker. He immediately comforted me there saying he would just do a simple transfer and askedme to just digi sign some forms. To me that was a huge relief. The manager’s knowledge and professionalism made this experience as my first time renting comfortable.Thus, i would highly recommend storagesense to anyone! Professional, convenient, and easy to work with!

Please find somewhere else to rent. The manager has been consistently rude during our rental. We recently discovered our unit had mold and our stuff was destroyed. We were not notified that there had been water damage on the property and not offered any compensation.
