Storage sense worked out great for my situation. I wasn’t sure how long my situation would require the need for storage so it was great being able to rent from month to month. Once the time came that I would no longer need storage it was a quick and painless process. I ended my time with Storage Sense in a professional manner with no issues or concerns and if the time occurs that I need storage again, Storage Sense is at the top of the list. Thank you!

My experience was horrible and they withdrew money after I cancelled my services for two month. Nobody is ever around to fix the problem and they continue to lie about resolving the issues. If you don’t want your money stolen stay away…

Our price has jumped significantly over the past year with no change in amenities. The price is extremely high for a parking space. Taking advantage of supply and demand.

I have stored my motorhome at an RV storage facility located at 509 Old Jonestown Road, Jonestown PA for many years. The RV facility is owned by STORAGE SENSE and I called with some questions today and was extremely pleased with a quick return phone call from Lindsey Raup who is currently in training to become part of the Storage Sense management team. Lindsey is going to do very well in a management position as she is very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly and values good customer relations. Place is nice for RV. Would have given 5 stars if I could ever have someone call me back. Been here for 3 years,. No other issues other than the no communication from management. Wanted to ask why they keep raising prices especially when the business had been sold 3 times since I been there.

Easy to reserve a spot online. Contacted me promptly to complete the rental process. Documents can all be e-signed and others can be emailed, so no need to go to the office or mail hard copy documents. Friendly, helpful staff. The only slight downside is that it's in a little out-of-the way location for us, but we love the covered storage option. Covered storage is hard to find!

Poor customer service with numerous call hang ups, and no one from management to return a call. I moved out of the Jonestown location due to a military move with given notice via secure messaging at 90 days and telephone at 30 days. My account was never updated or closed out. Received invoice notice of upcoming payment due. I have reached out twice and both times, the customer service representative says they can't see this location in their system and they will have to send an email. Unacceptable.

Stay far away from this business. At first communication is great until they get your money and don’t return it. Then she stops emailing back. Bad business to say the least. And if they are in wrong good luck getting a response. Will contact BBB. Do yourself a favor and and up the street.

Setting-up for a space was easy by telephone. When I arrived with my camper, everything is secure, neat, clean and organized. Four stars for now, the fifth star after I have rented for a while. 😉
