The office manager at the dolsontown road location is a very pleasant man and he is so kind. He made the experience very quick eventhough the weather was crappy. I would definitely recommend this storage sense to anyone.

I had a traumatic situation where my dogs were severely bitten by snakes. They had to be taken from their Veterinarian Facility to a Trauma Veterinarian Hospital. One had zero platelets, had to be given plasma, blood transfusions and surgical procedures in order to save their lives. The unexpected costs were in the thousands. Stephanie from Store Sense was so kind and compassionate for us saving the lives of our beloved fur Family members. She allowed me a grace period to make my monthly payment and waved the late fee. I've had my storage unit since 2006. I am so grateful for the kindness and understanding that Stephanie gave me during this traumatic time. She truly represents the Excellent professionalism and heartfelt compassion that Storage Station has for their clients during a time of dire need. My review follows below.Storage sense was the most economical storage space around for the money, which is why I chose to rent here. I never met the manager in person but she had a great personal touch and reached out to me on the opening and closing of my rental. I would definitely rent again from this facility.
