Have had spaces at SS for most 3.5 years and have always been treated respecrfully and professionally. Other than their inability to provide the use of the moving truck that has sat unused since the the current ownership took over the management has always proved helpful.

I recently downsized from a larger unit to a smaller unit. During the transfer I was having some issues with another office staff person. Shawna, the Office Manager ended up getting everything straightened out for me. I highly recommend using Storage Sense, their units are always clean and they offer a variety of sizes. I always look forward to seeing Shawna in the office because she goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy.

So quick and easy! We got the time wrong on which another place was closing. So we had a truck full of stuff with nowhere to go. The online booking was hassle free. We will always try to use Storage Sense when storing our items.

One time I didn’t properly lock our unit. They do routine checks at storage sense. They notified me within 24 hours of my last visit that it was unlocked. I have always felt that our possessions were safe at Storage Sense. I recommend Storage Sense to everyone I know looking for additional storage space.

Site managers are always helpful and answer any questions I might have. The rows are nice and wide. I never have issues with getting my items from storage even if there are several other customers in my row.

Everything thing was explained and the units that are temperature controlled are perfect and clean. For me, it's close to home and the hours of accessibility are really nice too. Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The amount of space you get is worth the price; at least in my opinion.

Sense since the new manager took over took over she seems to think we live in Kansas City city well we don't make the money like Kansas City so so by raising the prices Up to Kansas City's Prices People in Moscow Mills Don't make that kind of money Lower the prices back to where they're reasonable for our area

For many people having your belongings in storage is stressful enough. Now add to that Covid 19 and normalcy is no longer. Shawna from the Moscow Mills location has made this transition for me stress free. Her customer service skills exceeds expectations. Always friendly on the phone makes one feel like we are friends. Shawna is the only reason I keep my belongings at that location. I have moved to Washington state and could of brought my items along with me but knowing everything is safe and in trusted hands it was easier to leave items here in Missouri. I would rather give your company my business. Everyone has options as consumers so just know this place is where you should store your belongings and worth the drive. Perhaps make a friend as well with Shawna. Give that girl a raise!!!
