When I first rented in 2020 it was under $200. After that an increase each year. I now understand it was do to rise in inflation. The experience at storage sense was quick easy and cheep, one thing I learned as a business man is that solving problems gains the most clients and revenue, and those three factors definitely solve problems for most people looking to store items, not to mention that the first month is free.
