Rented online. When I arrived to storage sense on an Sunday no less, the code worked perfectly and they had a little welcome pack inside my unit. Nice place and very nice units that you won't have to worry about bugs or rodents.

Priced well. There aren't a lot of indoor climate controlled storage options in this area of Michigan but this fit our needs. It was clean and secure. No bug or animal infestations of any sort. We had an issue with the door to the facility not opening one night after hours and Amy was good about responding after hours and helped us out.

We have used this facility for several years now. Love the climate controlled drive through. Just disappointed the new owners raised the rates so dramatically. We will be moving out as soon as we can, as we cannot afford the new pricing.

I never have to worry about my car getting accidentally 'dinged' in the indoor storage due to excessive overcrowding, which I appreciate. Electrical outlets are available for the trickle charge, something which not all storages offer. Security and cleanliness round out some of the other positives. Great job under new ownership.

Fairly priced. This facility is always very clean. Carts and elevator are always readily available, so I don’t have to spend much time here. Only reason we left was because the distance, everything else was great.

Really like the place, the climate controlled units aren't extremely expensive. Has a one way in one way out setup that you drive into, the only thing that would make it better in my opinion would be if they actually marked it inside that its one way. Had an issue when I brought a uHaul in, that someone happened to be in front of me also with a uHaul. That person decided, in the time it took me drive in, to pull all the way to the front and turn around going the wrong way. When I went to drive in I had to carefully drive along the wall to avoid scraping down the side of his truck and having to pay for damages. He ended up getting trapped and had to walk around the outside of the building and put in their code to the "entrance only" door and drove out the wrong way. In all that time, there was someone else in a sedan behind us that got trapped in that I had to drive up and let passed because of this. They should be giving people like that consequences since there was way too big of a chance for damages to occur based on that one person being an idiot. But, it isn't exactly their fault. There just could be some things they could do a little different to help mitigate that issue. Besides that, a great place and the manager is super nice and super helpful. Definitely recommend getting a unit here if you're needing climate control. Just be careful if you're driving in there while other people are in there hogging up the little bit of space you have to drive through.

First thing that was really different and nice was that i had option of reserving a storage unit online..Very Awesome! Then when i called to see if the 5x5 space was available,the sales person(lady) was VERY courteous,professional, informative and pleasant to talk to. Which in turn encouraged me to come to the facility to check out the room in person. Upon arriving at storage Sense on Meridian Road I found that the facility was you immaculate,very clean and surprisingly any expectations I had about the business. I was given a tour of the facility and and completed my visit by pleasantly renting space!

I called the corporate line at two separate times and was quoted 2 different prices. When I arrived at the facility itself, I was quoted a 3rd (higher) price!!! The manager ended up giving me the middle price even though "Terrence" quoted me $44 which was the last price i received on the corporate line.All that aside, the service at the site was friendly.

I spoke with both Fawn and Kelly regarding the rental of a storage unit in their building. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful in determining what size unit I would need. After completing the contract, Kelly walked me through, showed me how to use the freight elevator and where my unit was. The place is very clean and I love the idea that it is indoors and climate controlled. I would definitely recommend Storage Sense to anyone looking for a great storage unit.

Have loved this place since we first used back in 2012 during an interstate move. Used for six months then. Restarted again in 2017, while renovating. We drive almost an hour because it's climate controlled. Secure access. Secure while unloading and loading (you can drive right into the building, even with large moving trucks). Units come in various sizes. Reasonably priced. Carts, dollies, etc to help with moving your items. Freight elevator for upstairs units. Also has outside secured lot for vehicle, RV, and boat storage and some such storage inside the regular building. But, the facility is under new ownership now as Storage Sense. Used to be A&W storage. Some of the policies and rules are changing, so I guess we'll see. First concern is the apparent move away from 24 hour access. Also appears they will now require special storage insurance. So, had to drop from five to four stars for now. Once I review the new contracts I have to sign, I'll decide whether to continue or whether it's time to pull out.
