Walking in to the storage center Very easy to secure a unit options were explained as far as units size and I was even given a visual tour!!!!! .Everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Great feeling to be apart of the Storage Scence family!!

The staff in the Eastpointe office are incredibly kind. They were extremely helpful when our business owner passed away from Covid last year. The business was left to me and with all the craziness I would forget to pay them. They always kindly called me to remind me.🙂 Whenever I needed help they were happy to do whatever they could. I appreciate the genuine kindness they showed me. You don’t find that much anymore.The facility was very clean and I felt safe with the gated security.

I walked in to get a storage unit for a work vehicle and explain what I need it for, and for its sole purpose. The two exceptionally wonderful people who work their helped me out tremendously on deciding what I needed to do in getting a storage unit that was going to work for me and they narrowed it down and it all worked out. The place is great and ideal for me. My experience with Storage Sense was excellent. I never had a problem with customer service. The facility was clean, safe, and secure. When I moved out I didn't have any rodent feces in my unit. My belongings were the same when I brought them to this facility over seven years ago (no fading, dampness, bugs, and warping to furniture, paper, and bins).

I would never deal with these people ever again they increase my payment talking about they send me an email saying my payment is going up that I never received so now payment went from 180$ to 210$ I never agreed on this payment I feel like that is not right so if you ever deal with them you need to ask about that increases every 6 months

I very much like the manager and Admin staff in that they are always polite. Many of the little issues are the customers. The price, is horrible. They are price gouging and it’s unfair but that’s the company and I’m sure they have to stay competitive. I feel however that they should not go up on the rent. They know people are struggling. It’s predatory is what the practice is. Again, the staff I really like.❤️🙏
