Great customer service. Ramona and Abbi have always been fast at responding to my emails and phone calls politely answering questions I may have had. They were always courteous and friendly whenever I have been on site and I felt my belongings were safe. The storage areas were always clean. Carrie was great store manager my experience with her was great it's sad things change . I'm on disability fixed income I tried paying online but wouldn't except my payment , I went in to pay and the next month was added to me bringing my total with late fees to $ 451.00 dollars how can I catch that up on fixed income you people caused me to lose my storage and every since Carrie left its went down hill how can you do this to people I tried and tried to catch up but late fees kept being added to me ,I've never had anybody or seen anybody just treat you like you didn't matter but storage sense Lawrence don't care about you your belongings or nothing it's wrong to cheat people out of what they own ill never forget this or forgive what's been done to me at Lawrence office wouldn't work with customers at all wasn't willing manager said it's there policy .thanks storage sense never again never don't rent from these thieves .
