Served its purpose for the past two years. Within the past 6 months though the security gate has been broken and open as well as the main door going into the inside storage area has remained unlocked leaving it wide open for anyone to access, which was a concern but I never saw any issues but just knowing that anyone could go in there at anytime was a bit scary. But other than that no issues to the inside area where my unit was. It was always clean and well kept inside.

I have been to the facility on 2 occasions and had to call the after hours phone number because my gate code didnt work. This is very frustrating when you need access to your property. This issue needs to be fixed. Today when calling the number I was told it would possibly be Monday morning before this is resolved. This is unacceptable. The person on the phone (Melissa) was very polite and is trying her best to help me but it is still NOT acceptable. And the issue needs to be resolved.UPDATE: The manager (Amanda) called me rught after I posted this review and was very apologetic and was able to get me access to my unit. I thank her for calling me back so quickly. So for that reason I am changing my review to 4 stars. Great customer service but the gate issue needs to be resolved. Thank you Amanda!!
