Overall, good experience. When there were issues such as gate malfunctions, they were communicated accordingly. Same with account updates - my gate code was changed at one point and communicated, so I had no issue gaining access.

Melanie made signing up/ moving in to my unit absolutely painless. She listened to my needs and recommended me the appropriate sized unit, without trying to up-sell me on something I didn't need. She ensured that I had the code for the gate, and that all the proper documentation was completed seamlessly. For my money, I wouldnt choose anyone else to use for storage.

I had such a great experience keeping my stuff here! The staff is friendly and I even got a special Halloween treat, so cute 🙂 I am a military spouse and used storage sense as a place I stored my goods while I was in transition. They were easy to work with and very accommodating of my schedule. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely use them! Plus, the rates are good and they even have a military discount!
