This was the second time I have rented a storage unit at this Storage Sense. The clerks are very friendly and very helpful. While there another customer came in and became angry and trashed talked about the lack of truck to use---it was not the Tiffany's fault but the customer demanded to talk to management. Tiffany was very professional. She asked the angry customer to please step aside and let her finish with me. I was impressed with Tiffany's professionalism.

I had no issues at all, I moved out of state and hadn’t found a place yet and needed somewhere, safe and clean to store my furniture. Storage sense was that place. Easy online payments with a reminder email before payment is due for the forgetful ones :). All in all a great experience.

Susie was very nice and helpful. The other young lady in the office was very nice also. I didn’t get her name as Susie was the one helping me. The only issue is that the gate wasn’t working, so its wide open. I didn’t know that before I rented the units or I would have asked for a unit in a secured area. I asked about it once I found out it was working and Susie apologized and assured me that they were waiting on a part and it will be fixed. Other than that, I’m very happy with the units! Both ladies were very friendly!
