If the option was there, this would be a six stars! The manager, Joshua, was a pleasure to work with and we were able to set up a storage unit AND Uhaul truck with ease. The facility is very well maintained and the unit rental price was literally half of what we were paying for a comparable unit with our previous company. They also have a cool app that allows you to get access through your phone! Look here first when searching for a storage unit!

Joshua is absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to us. Coming from a negative storage experience, I feel really great about choosing Storage Sense. They have a digital option to open the gate in case it is raining. The prices are the best in the area! I needed to rent a storage unit for a few months for a relative moving to the area from out of state and the furniture was being delivered on a full size huge semi truck. I searched all over the area for a storage facility that could accommodate a truck that size. When I walked into Lake Nona Self Storage, I was greeted by the nicest and most helpful lady you ever met named Tiffany. She spent a very long time with me explaining every detail of the facility and took me on a tour in the golf cart and showed the inside of several available units to help me make a decision. She was extremely patient and very very kind. The facilities are very nice and clean and well maintained, their prices are comparable or less than others in the area, and it is easily accessible because it is right beside Interstate 417 and very close to Interstate 528. I highly recommend Lake Nona Self Storage and, of course, the wonderful Tiffany!

Mercy made the whole process quick and easy for me. She answered every question and made me feel confident. I got a fair price on a very nice 10 x 10 with AC. It is very conveniently located, right at the 417 exit. I used one other storage unit in the past and had nothing but problems, use Lake Nona you won't be sorry.

I left a big name storage for lake nona self storage and it was the best decision ever! Units are clean, no cobwebs or anything, and the staff....AMAZING!!!
