I work full-time and I am a traveling, worker, so I’ve never have free time. This storage company decides to tell me the day with my account just hit another month they won’t let me put a payment down and paid the last month which started this morning and they’re refusing to let me get my stuff out of my unit until I pay the full amount. I am literally nine hours too late from paying the bill without hitting another month and these guys are so ignorant and disrespectful. They can’t work with someone. The company that used to own it was a lot better cause at least they worked with them. It was better than it was easy does it this company is 100% the worst company you can ever deal with ignorant people

I needed winter storage for my motorcycle, the process was easy, the person that helped me was easy to work with, explained everything, and helped me set everything up. I would definitely recommend storage sense! The manager was professional, helpful and it’s such a clean and safe facility. The prices were great! The only downside was when I first arrived the manager had stepped away so I had to come back later, but even then, that was minor. Everything else has run smoothly.

My husband and I purchased a climate controlled unit three months ago! Last week we went to get some of my wedding things for wedding next month and everything in their is covered in mold. U can’t even see a piece of my black couch it’s all mold!! A week later not one phone call from the general manager after countless phone calls and emails to them. This is unacceptable and a disgrace to the company!! I also have pictures of the 2 dehumidifiers that weren’t on. Smh
