Had items in storage for a few years and recently emptied out my unit.My problem is the lack of communication between management and customer.I understand that the manager is managing several other properties and without an assistant but not at all pleased with the drop in professionalism from the renting of unit to closing account.Also for renters, wait until you areclose to the end of monthly payment before moving out, there will be no pro rated amount, they keep all of your remaining monies.

I love Sense Storage. I have had my stuff in storage since 2015. My belongings are clean and odor free. No dust or dirt build up what so ever. The staff is kind and supportive.***Updating three years later. I have my third unit here since 2021. It is a different owner from the original previous owners. I like the original owners. They were locals. Very kind and considerate to their customers.These new owners are a part of a national company. They are just another greedy American company. I started out at not even $120 when I first got the unit in April 2021. The unit is now $171. Three years later. It’s obnoxious. And just plain greedy.

I paid for climate control storage. I went to the storage area and the temperature in the building was over 90 degrees. Many of my items were ruined. I removed all my belongings and will find another storage facility that provides what I am paying for.

I do not recommend storing your belongings with this company. In November 2022 their main gate stopped working, meaning the facility has been open to anyone 24/7. As of the end of March 2023, the gate is still unsecured and is never closed. I had escalated my concerns to local management multiple times and they didn’t have any sense of urgency around this and kept saying the issue was to be fixed “next week”. One of the employees even said to me “well, you haven’t been robbed”. They also have had issues with their lights being on at night which has added to my concerns regarding their security. They do have cameras but this does not prevent anyone from entering or exiting the facility. I even escalated to their corporate office multiple times and no one ever acknowledged my concerns or got back to me. If you search online you’ll see this has been an issue in other locations and people have been robbed.There is a new manager at this location who does want to improve things but she has limited control and it’s clear this company does not care about the local security issues and I’d highly recommend avoiding them at all cost.

I was easily able to secure a storage unit online and move my items in within a few days. The customer service has always been accommodating and I could access the storage unit whenever given a code. When I was ready to move my items out, I was able to easily end my lease of the unit. Overall, a great experience.

I have had a climate controlled storage container in this place since the fall of 2018. I just checked on everything recently and there's no sign of mice or any other insects, the place is clean and smells fresh, not stale. It's easily accessible and security is good. It may not be the cheapest option around, but customer service has been very good. I am happy I chose to place my possessions there.

Terrible!!! I have had this unit for 2 years and all of the sudden my rent went up. Apparently they were bought out by another company and didn’t feel the need to notify their customers. The rent went up so much I couldn’t believe it! Then I received a call that my unit had the lock cut off of it… in a “secured facility “ I couldn’t believe that I put my trust in them to keep my stuff safe and that happened. The manager said that I cut it off! I was so insulted I called corporate and they did nothing but offer me a lock lol. They didn’t even investigate who cut it off. No cameras were watched and no one followed up with me. Terrible customer service!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! EVER!!

The lady running the storage place Is very nice. I used the storage during the summer to store my hard top and doors for my jeep wrangler..although they didn't have a 10x10 with a wide door I still rented. I will be back next summer but I do hope to get one with the wide door this time around. Thank you and hope everyone stays safe

Everything was fine. Had reserved a locker and was called to remind me of the hold so I could get the offer made. The only complaint is that being a returning customer and having to fill in paperwork as if a new customer was a bit annoying. The explanation for not using info already on file was I wouldn't get the discount offer because system would think I was an ongoing account.

I paid on time for the year plus of storage. Unit was not ever flooded or excessive with moisture. I did add moisture control. Overall, security was no problem in my unit. When I was through with monthly rental space, I first cleared and cleaned it out. I called the local office, spoke with Rachel at South Cheshire Storage, and closed my account.
