Super easy to rent online. Arrived and Charlie was extremely kind and helpful. They even had some water and coffee for us which was a life saver. The storage containers are clean and the lot is easy to drive through. No issues at all. Will use again if we ever need to.

Love Storage Sense they are real people who understand what your going through and are willing to help you out. Plus, the gate is open till 10:00 pm everyday making it very convenient to get in and they share a dumpster this makes all the difference when moving one can actually throw things away...perfect, thanks Storage Sense on 29th in Loveland, CO.

Let’s talk about service…I needed to downsize my unit, but I was going to be out of town for 2 weeks and would not be able to move the contents to another unit by the first of the month. Your manager at the Loveland facility used her creative genius to give me the first month free at the smaller unit, allowing me time to move my stuff, and she even saved me the expense of purchasing a second lock by loaning one till I got moved in. Service…yes!

Storage sense in Loveland (29th st.) Was a God send when I found them 2 years ago after moving for the 5th time that year. My unit was easy to find, call center was very helpful cuz it was last minute and after regular business hours. It was quick and location was perfect for where I was located so no problem getting to. It was a great deal first 3 months were ridiculously cheap!!!!Helped out this girl a lot. ☺️ Then when I got there it was ready for me to have access to right away and still after hours I might add.. Morgan the facility manager was lovely and very helpful. Made the whole moving experience less chaotic and feel more like I was home. Very comfortable vibes there and safe & they've got free coffee and water bottles in the office. The bathrooms are even clean. 🌟Was there a year and eventually had to move again. Kinda missed it and didn't have a garage at new place so even though we lived 2 towns away we rented another unit a much bigger one to keep things like our motorcycle and other garage stuff in because we trust them that much. They do a wonderful job and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.Highly recommend coming here every time!!!

The manager there was the nicest and most helpful that anyone could be. She helped me figure out the right storage for my needs and budget and I even got lucky with a unit near a door. Very clean place, and in the middle of town so it is not tucked away and creepy to go to on my own. Personal code for gate and buildings. Very good experience.

When we placed our reservation we were supposed to get a truck. Unfortunately there was an issue with the truck and we were not able to get it. Linda Shafer went above and beyond to help us. Picked the company due to their convenient location. They have clean units. Both indoor and drive up storage units. They have both a dumpster to toss your trash and sweepings when you clean your unit, but also a recycling dumpster! When you are consolidating and organizing, you can flatten your cardboard boxes and know they are not going into a landfill. Helpful staff to answer questions.

From the very beginning the staff was welcoming and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my time there was a positive one. For example: if there were repairs being done , I was informed as to what was happening and when I could access my unit again. The down time was minimal. Also when my card was compromised, I forgot to give the new number to the storage unit. Instead of assuming I couldn't pay they called me. After apologizing for my lack of communication, they took the new number and charged me.When new owners took over, the same courtesy and professional attitude was experienced. I never feared for my items in storage. It's well maintained, well managed and kept clean. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Due to the Cameron fire we had to move my 87 year old mother in law's possessions out of her house very quickly. We were able to get a unit very quickly and easily. We moved her out just prior to mandatory evacuation orders. It made our lives very nice in that period of uncertainty.

2 years ago I was moving back home from Tennessee after retiring from the national park service. Home is Longmont but was living in Loveland. We picked a storage unit in Loveland being 29th Street self storage. From the moment I moved in an employee of yours was FABULOUS!!!! Her name was Julie. I have never found someone who was more caring than her. She made a hard move very very very spectacular!from then on til now moving out she has again been so friendly..helpful..and caring every month paying. And helping when I went to a smaller unit! Who ever owns this storage unit is one lucky dog to have an employee likeJulie. Anyone who knows me knows I am a very critical person..and I only have praise for her. Thank u Julie for all u did for 2 years! I highly recommend this storage unit to anyone and if you are lucky u will encounter Julie!!

Exceptional customer service! Julie went out of her way to make sure that I got the right space for what I needed. Be aware that not all storage units are uniform size, so if that is important to you make sure to bring a measuring tape. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
